Drama opens with two teens of age 17, the boy has crush over that girl. They are from different schools , so dunno each well. The boy doesn't even know the name of the girl, mistakes her friend name as her. Its a innocent crush. The girl is a violinist and a go happy girl. The boy is amateur artist.

One day the boy was going in a bus. The girl got on. Both exchanged smiles. The girl asked him where to get down for her stop. Boy was shivering all shy and telling to get down in few stops. After sometime the boy was about to talk her but he was all shy and said something in hurry asking her to get down in next stop as it's more near to the place she asked and got down from the bus. 

The boy has drawn that girls picture and he forgets to give her that so he followed the bus until next stop. It was all raining that day and unfortunately the bus got into accident. The boy was witnessing the accident as well. Lots of people have declared dead in the accident. The girls friend was declared dead. The boy was thinking that friends name as that girls name. So he thinks the girl is dead now. He went under depression thinking that him asking her to get down at next stop only got her into accident and took her life nu. 

The girl was not dead, she went under coma. The boy grew up with that depression only so he is not able to form any relationship to anyone thinking he LL be making them something harm too. 

After 13 years, the girl wakes up from coma, she is still with the mentality of 17 years old and seriously it's taking a toll on her emotions to accept her as a 30 year old women. There are no care takers for her in that hospital. The nurses dunno about his family too. Someone was paying for her hospital bills so far.

The girl , Woo Seo Ri ( Shin Hye Sun) is coping with rehabs at the hospital. Since she was in coma for so long years she could not even walk. She gets better in few days. She was so curious about her family and one day escapes from hospital thinking to get back to her family.

She start searching for the house she lived. That are is developed so much in the last 13 years and she couldn't find out easily.

The boy, Gong Woo Jin ( Yang See Jong) is art director now. He is with lots of hair and beard and looks like a man from forest 😌 People gets scared by him easily. He gets back to Korea for his work. This fellow got a nephew Yoo Chan ( Ahn Hyo Seop). Yoo Chan is captain of rowing club in his school.

Unfortunately these boys lives in the house where Woo Seo Ri used to live. Yoo Chan got pity with the girl and allows her to stay with them until she finds her family. 

That's how all started to live in the same place. After lots of years of isolating himself from others, Gong Woo Jin gets interested with Woo Seo Ri. Yoo Chan develops a feeling for Woo Seo Ri too because of her naive nature.

Comali paathu kadupanor sangam... When you get back from coma after 16 years your life will not happen just like that that day itself. You can't even stand. Get to the logics please. If you are taking the inspiration from somewhere execute it logically!! Not every movie has to be commercialized with filthy jokes and 1000s of Junior artists in many frames.
